Vapour liquid filter screen, abbreviated as vapor liquid screen, also known as foam capture screen or knitted metal mesh, is a special form of woven wire mesh. It is the main component used in the production of wire mesh defoamers, oil and gas separators, dust removal, environmental protection, engine noise reduction, mechanical shock absorption and other engineering projects. It can be sandwiched in the middle of the glass, and its regular patterns are beautiful and atmospheric. Due to its dense mesh, it can be used as a breeding net to enclose small birds, and is also widely used in the automotive industry, electronics industry, and building decoration.

Wire diameter specification range: Flat or round wire with a diameter of 0.08-0.5mm. Single strand weaving, multi strand weaving, metal wire and non-metallic wire (various fibers) weaving. According to needs, various styles and specifications of ripple shapes can be made by pressing and rolling on the silk screen, such as the "human" pattern.

The opening form is a cross arrangement of large and small holes (holes have the same size in the length direction but different widths), and the hole type can also be customized according to needs
