DuoZhuang's Metal Mesh Factory Journey: Precision Evolution Since 2009

2009
In 2009, leveraging the robust development of the wire mesh industrial cluster in Anping County, known as the "Hometown of Wire Mesh in China", our company purchased the first metal wire mesh weaving machine. This move was rooted in the thriving local wire mesh industry, aiming to establish a foundation for precision metal mesh processing.

2011

By 2011, the equipment scale had expanded to 13 stainless steel weaving machines and a production site was leased. This expansion increased the annual production capacity to 17,500 square meters, serving more than 20 local companies and establishing a good reputation in the field of high-precision stainless steel weaving manufacturing in Anping area.

2012

In 2012, we added filter production to our business.

In the same year, we started the business of Knitted Wire Mesh, Knitted Mesh Filter and Knitted Mesh Mist Eliminator.

2015

By 2015, we had scaled to 45 looms, established a dedicated wire mesh inventory warehouse, and deployed welded mesh welding machines.

2016
In 2016 alongside partners, Haiping Metal Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd. introduced metal wire processing to enhance cost control and launched customized fence production that same year.

2019

In 2019, we registered the business license for DuoZhuang Metal Wire Mesh Factory, met all requirements for international operations, established an International Business Division, and subsequently launched our international trade activities.

2021

In 2021, we expanded our international product portfolio by adding flexible metal cable mesh and welded cable trays, leveraging consolidated resources.

2024

In 2024, we commissioned high-precision weaving machinery dedicated to producing high-efficiency filter metal mesh, supported by a new cleanroom workshop to ensure micron-level quality control.
